Inquiry-Based Sales

Our website displays pieces from our collection and does not process online orders or payments. To purchase a piece, contact us by phone, email, the contact form, or visit our showroom. Pricing, availability, and final transaction terms are confirmed through direct communication with our staff.

Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Because gold, silver, and gemstone prices fluctuate with the market, final pricing is confirmed at the time of inquiry. Slight variations in color and appearance between the photographs on the Site and the physical product may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of our pieces.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of regular-stock items within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation (such as certificates of authenticity).

Custom, personalized, and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Repairs & Warranty

We offer repair services for jewelry purchased from us and for other pieces. Contact us for a repair estimate before sending or bringing in any item.

Pieces purchased from Everest Jewelers come with a 30-day defect warranty. Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects identified within 30 days of purchase are repaired or replaced at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, accidents, improper care, alterations performed by third parties, or loss.

Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Everest Jewelers LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability
